Latin America: Mexico, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Belize, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Colombia, Brazil, the Bahamas and Argentina. Asia: South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore and Nepal. I travel solo, photograph each place, and write a guide for the trips with enough to say. The guides below are the international ones; the destinations index lists every place on this site with its posts.

International travel creator based in Los Angeles

I travel abroad several times a year from LAX, usually solo, and publish a guide for each trip with enough to say: Seoul, Patagonia, Tulum, Vietnam, Siem Reap and Angkor Wat, the Amalfi Coast, Rome, Tuscany, Venice, Milan, Paris, London, Costa Rica, Belize and a winter road trip through Canada. Each guide covers the itinerary, where to stay, what to eat and what the trip cost, with my own photographs.

What I post from abroad

Instagram reels and carousels from the trip, TikTok videos, the guide on this site, and Pinterest pins that lead to the guide. The newest trips are South Korea and Japan in October 2026, and Iceland in September 2026. Before that, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Italy and Thailand have the most posts.

Travel partnerships outside the United States

Vietnam Airlines booked a blog article, an Instagram reel and a static post about a business class flight and a route through Vietnam. Hotels, tourism boards, airlines and travel brands abroad can book the same: a travel guide on this site, social posts from the visit, and photos and video to use on their own channels. How many countries have you traveled to?

My posts on this site come from 38 countries, plus most of the western United States. The count comes from the location tagged on each post, so it grows as I travel.

Which international destinations do you cover most?

Mexico, Chile, South Korea, Peru, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Italy and Thailand have the most posts. The newest trips are South Korea and Japan.

Do you work with tourism boards and hotels outside the United States?

Yes. A Vietnam Airlines campaign is on the Airlines page, and I travel abroad several times a year. Please send the destination and the dates through the form on this page.

Where are you based?

Los Angeles, California. I travel from LAX, and Los Angeles and California are where I post from most between trips.

Do you travel solo?

Mostly, yes. Solo travel is the subject of most of my guides and posts, and the guides say where I felt safe, what I skipped and what I would do again.

What is in an international travel guide on this site?

The route, day by day; where I stayed; what I ate; the sights and hikes worth the time; what it cost; and my own photographs. The newest is the Seoul guide, with a 7-day itinerary.

Do you speak another language?

Russian. I am originally from Russia and post in English.
